We stopped at the grocery today, and among the usual purchases, we picked up two hachiya persimmons and a pomegranate. Happily, I have Dr. Richter's Fresh Produce Guide to tell me what to do with them. I also picked up a "What To Do with a Pomegranate" pamphlet. I am not making that up.
While at work (at the bookstore), I came across a religious tract in the Gay and Lesbian section. I found one next to Sun Tzu's Art of War about a week ago in the Eastern Religions section.
I threw them away, in case you were going to ask.

Richter from ATS?
Uh, thanks for doing that.
Silly tract-hand-er-out-er-ers.
Prob'ly not, Ben.
You're welcome, Allison. I'm trying to atone for all the tracts that you or I might have passed out Before...
:0)
What...my mom got saved by a tract...you jerk!
Relax, I'm only kidding; I just noticed no one had said that yet so I thought I'd be hilarious, as usual.
She was a PK, she got saved by a VBS for sure.
Hahahaha
No doubt!
My youth pastor came to pray the prayer through the help of a tract and his parents. What do you make of those who have come to faith in Jesus, even if they started off on the wrong foot of caricatured theology (and by this I mean pictures of Jesus in a nice robe extending his hands, and a picture of the grim reaper with the scythe standing before raging flames with the words "Which one will you choose" nearby)?
Anyway, I find the chick tracts my church employs deplorable.
I'm pretty confident that those same folks could have converted to Christ any other way, if those same folks who tossed them the tracts cared enough for that to happen.
